Our interviews are professional but laid back and relaxed; we don’t want anyone to feel anxious or nervous about joining our team.

What to expect from us
The STR Group is honest with everyone that interacts with our company; we’re honest with our employees, managers, suppliers and potential recruits. If you’re not right for a career in sales, we will tell you. We don’t want to waste anyone’s time when it comes to their career. We may have other potential openings that would be more suited, in which case we’d talk you through our other available positions.
If you’re worried about lack of experience, or not sure if a career in recruitment is right for you, we will give you 100% confidential and honest advice. We’ve been in recruitment a while and can tell you all the gory details, as well as the amazing success to be had.
We’ll support you through the whole process. Josh, Robyn and Ami will be on call to answer questions and offer advice at any stage of the process and while you’re settling in. You’ll get a face-to-face catch up with them after your first month were you can confidentially talk through any questions you may have.
