What is recruitment?
Recruitment is the process of finding new and existing clients the best-qualified candidates. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for filling client’s vacancies by sourcing them top talent. Your clients will brief you on their requirements and you’ll manage their recruitment process, from sending CVs to organising interviews and offering the job to the successful candidate.
What kind of person does well in recruitment?
One that doesn’t give up! Recruitment is predominately a sales role and that means we need people who are out-going, determined, driven and want to be the best. Our success is built on having exceptional people who all work together to drive results. You’ll need to be able to take rejection, keep going when things feel tough, and know that hard work will bring results – and rewards. We’ll support you, but success is down to you. Upload your CV below.
Which brand/sector is right for me?
Don’t worry, our Talent Acquisition team will work this out for you. In some cases, we may offer you multiple interviews to allow you to really explore your options!

Then, if everyone’s happy, we’ll invite you in to meet with the TA team and the Directors / Managers that are currently recruiting to make sure there’s a good fit. We want our teams to feel comfortable and be individuals. We have a smart-casual dress code Monday-Thursday with complete dress down every Friday. Find out more about our dress-code here.
What skills do I need?
Being successful in recruitment is all about WHO you are, rather than what you’ve done before. You’ll need to be computer literate and be comfortable spending a lot of time on the phone, but other than that – it’s all about the person. Click here to read some of our success stories.
