Alongside the incentives, benefits and rewards that we offer all year-round, we host regular social events to ensure our consultants get the downtime they deserve. Including our STR Annual Conference, held in March.

This year is our 20th anniversary, so will see us going back to the Roaring ‘20s. We’ll be celebrating in style in the Gatsby Ballroom at Old Thorns Hotel, Liphook.


We believe communication is key. That’s why each month we hold our Monthly Sales Meeting (MSM) and each Quarter, our End of Quarter. These include celebrating our 100% Club, team and personal achievements and making some awesome company announcements, such as our Welcome to Miami incentive. We also announce STR’s Employee of the Month and Quarter, where the winners receive the following:
